The Orange Beach, Alabama condo is newly painted, new stove, new refrigerator, new dishwasher, new pool, new elevator, even new parking lot and landscape. This is a sixth floor unit that has a balcony overlooking the beach and windows that look down the West beach (Sunsets). It has a king-size bed in the one bedroom, two small bunk beds for kids or storage and a new pull out couch.

The Hot Springs, Arkansas home is a beautiful four bedroom, four bath home (3,000 square feet) in a quiet gated community. It has a large front porch with swings and chairs and a large back porch with benches, table and chairs, and a gas grill. This all overlooks Lake Catherine. Deer constantly roam the area and pass right under the deck or in the yard.
